State Representative Candidate
Rockingham District 3- Chester

A Lifetime of Service.
A Future of Solutions.

For more than three decades, I've built a career solving complex problems, leading teams, and making sure critical systems worked when people depended on them. I believe government should be held to that same standard—practical, accountable, and focused on serving the people.

I'm running for State Representative because I believe New Hampshire families deserve leaders who put their communities first. Rising property taxes are making it harder for people to stay in their homes. Every voter deserves confidence that their voice matters. Families need access to quality healthcare, and our communities deserve to feel safe.

I will work with members of both parties to find practical solutions that protect taxpayers, strengthen our communities, and uphold the principles that have made New Hampshire a great place to live. My commitment is simple: listen to the people I represent, work hard on their behalf, and always put New Hampshire first.

Meet the Candidate

A Chester resident since 1978, Chuck Heuer has spent his life serving his country, his family, and his community.

He proudly served six years in the Massachusetts Army National Guard before beginning a 37-year career in software development. He retired as a director for a major international hotel company, where he led the development and around-the-clock support of the company's worldwide reservation systems—work that required leadership, precision, and the ability to solve problems under pressure.

After settling in Chester, he and his wife, Linda, built their family home together and have called the community home ever since. This September, they will celebrate 45 years of marriage. They are the proud parents of two children, Emily and Jason, and grandparents to two grandchildren.

He earned his degree in Computer Science from Boston University, graduating magna cum laude, and has always believed in hard work, responsibility, and giving back. Now, he is seeking to continue that tradition of service by representing the people of New Hampshire in the State House.
